Idle Sunday

We moved into our larger storefront just over a week before quarantine. The plan for the bigger space was multi-fold, but ultimately the space was meant to host more events. We could only do so much in our old 750 square foot space, but with 1200? The possibilities were right in front of us.

So, years later, as we figured out the pandemic and then grew the business organically, we felt the time was overdue to put on our host hats. That’s both figurative and literal*.

We get asked weekly what we wear on the weekends. It’s taken us long enough to answer you, but now’s the time.

The capsule collection we’re debuting for Idle Sunday consists of the tee you’ve seen, purchased and loved. Except, we’ve added all the colors and sizes in both short & long sleeve versions. It also consists of a hoodie. Something everyone wears and something we never thought we’d sell. But we found the best one imaginable and then we tested it for over a year. I’m wearing it as I write this post.

What’s a hoodie if it doesn’t come with matching pants? Not as good. Our hoodies and sweatpants come in navy and grey and they are arguably better as a set.

All of these garments are made just 500 miles east of our store and embroidered locally here in Humboldt Park. The tops all feature our signature B at the nape of the neck and the entire collection is unisex.

*And we have more hats. Baseball and bucket, in fact. And a total of 6 colors (including a killer khaki).

The Idle Sunday event is April 30th from 12-4pm. Refreshments will be provided and the collection is limited. RSVP here.
