Our new knitwear program is simple to explain. The maker purchased Japanese looms from Shima Seiki and shipped them to east Tuscany. Extrafine merino wool yarns in 26 colors are sourced locally in Italy and strung up to the loom. You select the color, one of 18 styles and we fit you. The loom then “prints” the sweater, in 3D fashion, in roughly 10 minutes. Simple but extraordinary.

The fitting and customization takes 20 minutes. Total time from inception to delivery is 4 weeks. Sweaters range from $205-$295 and include everything from turtlenecks to hoodies to zips to cardigans.

We’re proud to offer customized knitwear (“monogrammable” and “pipeable”) to our clients. It’s not something that existed when we started 7 years ago, but will certainly be a staple of our program heading forward.
